On April 19th, a brutal massacre of 19 people occurred in the rural community of Barangay Salamanca, Toboso, Negros Island, in the Philippines. These deaths at the hands of a U.S.-backed counterinsurgency military force included U.S. citizens and several Filipino Civilian Activists.
